I didn't get an AOR but when I asked for an inquiry thru the web form, I got a reply from them that includes my application number. But when I tried to link it, I still wasn't able to. The reply is like: "We have received your application (EP********) and it will be processed according to the date it was received."

Hello Guys,

I called IRCC this morning to get more information about my application. The agent told me that my application is in the system since Feb 13th but it doesnt started to be processed yet, also she told me that there is no time frame for them to start process it.

Did u receive AOR yet , please if u can tell

I've called IRCC on Friday, and the officer gave me (XEP....) file number.
He only asked for my PR payment receipt number.
When I called them 3 weeks ago, they told me I wasnt in the system yet.
Maybe this info will help...

Hey guys, my concern is that as the process is taking way much longer than before,
I assume the police check (from my own country) will be expired by the time they start the process on my files;
So will they ask me to get a new one? even I haven't left the country the whole time.
Please kindly help me and answer my question here if you know.

When I call IRCC they ask file number. How did you manage to contact an agent. What options should i choose.
My AR is 23rd March 2020.
