Hello everyone, hope everyone is well
I submitted my AIP application on November 5th.
The first email I got was on January 13.
In this e-mail, it was stated that my 3 files were missing.
And in the continuation of the e-mail, it was written

“If the requirements of sections 10 and 11 are not met, the application and all documents submitted in support of the application shall be returned to the applicant.”



As your application does not meet the requirements of R 10 of IRPA, it is considered incomplete and is being returned to you along with your processing fee. A copy of your application has not been retained.

I uploaded my missing files to the pr portal within a week and sent it.
And I haven't received any mail afterwards, has anyone experienced this or a similar situation?

I saw someone's post on facebook and he had a similar situation after submitting the documents again he got his aor in 2 weeks

Why there is no movement on the outlander's applications? We have been hearing in news for sometime now that actions have been taken to process applications faster, but have seen no result. What is the point of running a program based on job offer if the processing takes more than a year to finalize it for outlanders. The timelines are even worst that normal express entry program.

I am stilling waiting for the portal... I submitted my PR application in September 2021. IRCC started my background check in December 2021. Then no updates..... I got my CBSA notes and found out no one reviewed my application in 2022. No one... I am inland. So frustrating!

Please raise a webform to ask IRCC for the status of your application and share your timelines with them and ask for the tentative completion date.

For outlanders, it can take anywhere between 4-6 months. Mine took almost 6 months (Nova Scotia).

Yes Im an outlander from South Korea applied to Nova Scotia.
