I saw people here they got their eCOPR within a day and saw people who wait over a year... no one knows why
in my case its like 3 months after PAL and still nothing...

Their phone customer service is a joke the same is with the webform.
Currently they dont provide any information because the afgan crisis. Before…. They were just saying „just wait”

We are on the same boat. Got Pal on Aug 9, since then nothing. Do you have any dependents?

my AOR is March 2020. I am inland and dependents are abroad. Very very slow
