Go for express entry. I would say. Aipp is real slow now.

Search for jobs in quebec for your wife as a Nurse there are more opportunities on the way.
Other than EE and SINP, Job offer is the key for PR.

I dont think so. Since the new pathway of Express Entry has started, it seems no actions/updates have been taken to this program. Most of people here have been waiting for months with no updates. Hopefully soon will see some movements.
