Didn't get ADR yet. However, a person I know (also AIPP applicant) sent across his paystubs etc in advance to IRCC. His consultant advised to do so.

Because there is a Change in vital information since applied for PR. So she got work permit after she applied for PR and started job which is with AIPP designated employer.

Inland Aor jan 6th with Biometric fees request. Paid the fees and attached fees receipt in the webform. Got confirmation that receipt is attached to my file. Its been almost 6 weeks now but I haven’t receive bil. Is there something i can do to expedite ?

I was about to ask the same thing. It's been 2 months already since we lodge our application and no medical request yet.

If outland applicant arrive in Canada, will it expedite the process of the application?

NOC 6322 Cook. Inland
AR 11th March.
Aor 18th November.
Biometrics Done 1st December.
Upfront Medical through webform 12th February.
it's been almost 3months after Biometrics done. still nothing... feel like frustrated
