there are only 2 medical facilities to where you can have your medical for immigration in NS. One is in Dartmouth which is in Tacoma Drive (Dr. Alzrighe) and one in Halifax (Dr. Kawchuk). From experience, the one in Halifax has a shorter waiting time. Did you trying calling the two?

Yes, I called both sites and they don’t have any availability before Feb.

A suggestion. If you are able and COVID rules allow, travel to Toronto.
