Yes i managed to link my account before receiving the AOR. However it was after trying for several times without success

I guess by "OUTLAND", you mean outside Canada. I sent my application by DHL from South Africa.

I thank God. I took my family for medicals on Friday and they were submitted via e-med, so expecting to hear from them after 10 days
