It looks like yours has only been updated with the L2 value and the date.

I found an old article that may help https://residencequestionnaire.wordpress.com/rq-risk-indicators/ ; unfortunately it doesn't say what L2 is. Mine also show triage and refusal ground; although the the Article of Act was blanked out. I called the help line once about it; and was told there was no refusals in my case, it was in-progress.

I have had both in mine as well. But so have many others and they have reported it to be useless because their applications went ahead for test and oaths. So, calm down everyone.
