Assessment VS Notice Of Assessment(NOA). Whats the difference?

Hi,
I received ITA and I almost have all my documents ready to submit. CIC is asking me for Notice Of Assessment(NOA) for each of my employment.

I went to my CRA account to get it. The problem is.... In my CRA profile I have all the Assessments/ReAssessments but NOT the Notice Of Assessment(NOA)

So my question is : What is the difference between Assessment and Notice Of Assessment(NOA)?

I went to the closest H&R block and asked them this question and explained my situation. They said I should be good to submit the Assessments/ReAssessments because Assessments are very detailed income information of the respective year and Notice Of Assessment(NOA) is just the income summary of the respective year. Since this is a matter of CIC and I dont want to take any risk, Do I trust H&R block on this?

I also called CIC to ask for all my NOA. They said they will mail me a paper copy in 10 days. But I want to submit my application ASAP and don't want to wait 10 days.

PLEASE ADVISE...
