Dear Members,
I need your kind suggestions for below quetions
Can I send fresh application? to CIO as my old application was submitted on 26th of October-09 to CIO but still no reply from them? My lawyer forgot to mention Visa office name in the imm0008. So I think it would be definetly a refusal. I belongs to INDIA
Can I apply before withdrawing the previous one?
What do you suggest?

Dear
i think you had better withdrw the application as soon as possible it is because , sooner or later , your application may be refused or returned for incompleteness. first of all, write and advise in writing the CIC, canada or the concerned canadian high commission that you will not proceed the case now and you are interested to apply later. request the cic or concerned high comission the withdrswal of your application.
so far as i understand, you will get refund of fees if you advise them before your application is \"in process|" or with in the 4 months time frame.
hop e for the best.

I think, its a good idea.
As there is no loss.
If a submission fails to meet minimum requirements, then it should be returned to the applicant in its entirety with
an explanation of why it cannot be accepted and a request for the missing information or
documents. When returning a submission, visa offices should ensure that applicants who have
pre-paid their fees have the option of requesting a refund should they decide not to provide
missing documentation or information in a re-submission.
hii
it is mentioned in the application instructon. but pls mind it that it may take long to get refund as it needs long procedure. so let them advised regarding your application withdrawl.
Can't I submit fresh application by putting new processing fees Demand Draft? As I can afford that and all the other papers I can arrange again?
Does I need to mentioned in new application that my case is already with them which may be refusal or I have to file a new fresh application without referring previous one?
thanks
Any more response from Senior Memers please?
