Suppose an women has sponsored for his husband and her husband has got the visa. Now that husband will come to canada. after coming to canada, if his wife make any problem about breakup relationship, then what will happen for him? He can stay in canada or he may has to go back in backhome. Is there any right to that women to cancel the visa for that husband?

The sponsor needs to inform CIC about the withdrawal of the application BEFORE the sponsored person lands in Canada. Not much that could be done afterwards...
If he already arrived, then the visa is already cancelled, and he has PR status. She cannot take away his PR status. The only thing she can do is report him to CIC, and it takes a while for them to do anything about such reports, if they ever do anything at all.
Husband Sponsorship
Im legally married and yet separated for 4 years now. When i apply for my PR do i need to declare my husband as i am married to him? I dont plan to sponsor him to be a Permanent resident here in Canada. What is the proper thing to do when i file my PR?

I gather you are applying under the FSW category. You will have to be honest about your life at all times. Rest assured, CIC will find out that you were married before. Explain that you are separated. Or better still, get a divorce if it is possible in your country, so that you can get married later on. Any which way, mark him as a non-accompanying member while you file your application.
Maybe others can give you better options, but I hope this helps.

She can only report him is she believes he is guilty of marriage fraud.
