I have booked ticket on 8dec and term will start on 3rd Jan
And I got a mail from Delhi immigration
That Please note that you should not travel to Canada on your student visa more than 3 weeks before the start date of your program. If you travel too early, the Canada Border Services Agency may deny you entry into the country.
So what should I do now? Do they not allow me to enter in Canada ? unfortunately ticket
is non refundable.

Who is this mail actually from? Canadian immigration or your consultant?
There is no such requirements as long as you can support yourself.
There are people already in Canada for January term.
Maybe some people have failed to prove they can support themselves and now they are being too cautious.
I believe they must have some genuine reasons to this. This 3 week regulation seems to be targeted towards students from Indian subcontinent. I guess, with the privilege of new SDS scheme comes this baggage of new regulation. I hope this is temporary and they don't end up making it a formal rule for students coming from South Asia.
