That link to the selection factors table is found on the Quebec Immigration website and it's the most current. It's well-hidden, so it's very easy to miss. One has to do a lot of research on their website to find the correct information.

yes you will get 12 points for your degree and if you did your degree within last 5 years then you will definately get 6 points for your area of training.

yest I finished my degree in 2006. it is MSc in computer science but it is 2 years course and 2 years computer science was not written in anywhere. so i'm confuse
in area of training

I did MBA that is also not in the list but attorney said me that I will defiantly get 6points for my area of training as a MBA , so I don't think that u need to worry .

why before july sir, is the rules going to change. and I heard that teaching profession willn't get visa in quebec. is it true.

I said you to apply before july because you get your master degree in 2006 july to september, if you apply now then your master will come under 5 years then it means you get points for area of training, if you apply after five year from degree then you will not get any point for area of training thats why i am saying that apply before 5 years.

Secondly you said teachers dont get visa i dont think so, yes teachers are not in preffered list but you can still apply and you will get visa (its not mentioned any where in the site that teachers dont get visas).You only not get point for your experience, if you have enough point to qualify without experience then you just go and apply.

thank u verymuch stillhope. I ve 4 years expirence of system administrator. Now currentely I m doing teaching profession. why don t I get points from experiences. teaching experiences doesn t get point . I m confuse once again. I hope you ll clear it.

sorry i am correcting that line(You only not get point for your experience) , actually i means area of training points, yes you will get point for your experience never mind which job you are doing.
