You do not have to show that you have these funds if:
*you have a valid offer of arranged employment in Canada AND
*you are currently working or authorized to work in Canada.
Are PGWP holders exempted from showing any proof of funds? The reason is they are authorized to work in Canada? I am talking for someone who has
EE profile for FSWP.
I am in the same boat as you but from what the website states, there is no seperate excemption for PGWP holders. Hence, you would need to show POFs for FSW.
For CEC (i'm assuming if you have a PGWP you'll be getting an ITA for that) you'll require a letter from the bank showing when you opened your accounts and the balance over the last 6 months for said accounts. That's it...there's no minimum amount that you have to have in your accounts like FSW though.

If you get a CEC ITA, you are absolutely exempt from PoF. If you get an FSW ITA, you need to show proof of funds, and the only question is whether you can use your PGWP salary to satisfy the requirement. No one has yet answered that to my satisfaction, anyway.
