Hi guys,
I will be moving and will be changing my address on cic website but I'm just wondering if all correspondence are now only by email/via cic website or do they mail documents sometimes ?

Not sure mate! At least in my experience I got all. I remember I received my medical request by Email, then the second request for exam by mail to my home address. Bare in mind that I had a lawyer assigned to my case, so they had to email him, or send him the mail instead of emailing me and sending the mail to my house address. I guess you never know.

Also remember changing address on ECAS takes a while. Give it at least 2 weeks till it gets updated on their system.
