I’ve drafted a new SOP i was adviced to reapply, would i have to do biometrics all over again? Would you know how long it would take because my first application was on the 12th of april and i go this news just last week.

Here people applied in April and still waiting.. It's been 97 days for me.

4 weeks= 4 months
7 weeks= 7 months

Strange, if true.
Why can't the simple "First In, First Out" methodology be followed. Approval or rejection, just give the decisions within the promised processing time.

There is no mechanism, It is totally on mercy of Visa Officer. No transparency. We have no right to know even the status of our application. If you send 2-3 web form, they are irritated soon and delay Visa processing for another 4-5 weeks.
This is the scene when we are paying a huge money for fees and visa processing.
Why they treat us as if we are applying for asylum ?

I had sent out a 2nd web form on Monsay, along with a attachment from university that suggests that my course starts on 6th August. And it has been 13 weeks since application.
But no response for that too.
Sad. I really don't wanna defer. Fingers crossed.
