That's interesting because, I applied on 20th May, Delhi VO. Review not started yet.

It's sad at the same time, that they skipped applications post May 15 and went straight to June.Was under impression, delhi office hasn't touched any non SDS file after 15th May.

This confirms that they are proceesing non sds files after 15th May.

Did your friend submitted IELTS as a test report for visa application?

This may mean that VO may require more documentation or something behind your visa. Raise a webform at the end of this week if no response from IRCC. A friend of mine applied around the same time, and yesterday they got an update for additional documents.

Yes you will get to know about it, if your review of eligibility has started. There is not much issues with ordering from them. Speaking from experience, the process was pretty smooth and straight forward.

He applied on May 16th, got his medicals and BVL cleared I think. No additional documents, primarily IELTS has been asked for , and he is going to apply for a waiver.

Have you started your process? I mean, college acceptance letter, your certificates, IELTS, etc., If you are ready with all documents.
apply it as soon as possible through SDS.
