Do you think this applies to the ones whose eligibility review hasn't begun?

I mean it should or else they’ll fail to meet their deadline. I hope they start giving out decisions in the middle of this month at least to meet the deadline.

There is no sense to call Delhi office cauz there are saying that they don't share information on immigration and for that you have to email them or fill webform which I have done 2-3 times but no response at all.

Yes, normally you will get a response in a week time.

Add application number as well. Just as an additional reference.
Many people also write 10-12 things. But basically they can track via uci and app nunber. Totally your call.

Hi all, sharing the same boat with most of you.

My timeline (2021 - India):

March 28 - Application submitted (Non-SDS) | Background Check (status still same) : We are processing, will send you a msg if more info needed...
March 29 - Biometrics Collection Letter
April 02 - Biometrics given and updated on same day
May 07 - Ghost Update (Nothing changed)
May 10 - Medical request letter
May 10 - Eligibility review started (still in review)
May 11 - Medical given/done
May 18 - Medical Passed
May 26 - BVL/Correspondence letter (CPC Ottawa office)

No new update since over a month now...

On a side note, thanks to IRCC for the medical request that I was able to complete all requirements before 15th May.

Now even though there is no pattern to what IRCC is doing, any thoughts regarding my timeline and chances for approval? Should I call or raise a webform for status check or wait till 6th august?

Honestly, webforms has not been helpful for me at all, but there is no harm in raising webform. You may get a better reply than me.

They didn’t even revert or acknowledge my webform. Its 2 weeks now! Like not even a receipt!

I am just sceptical to raise one. Assuming that I am in the last stage, I dont want any webform to reflect negatively on my profile. Hence I asked what do you all think of my timeline even though its unpredictable to say the least.

They didn’t even revert or acknowledge my webform. Its 2 weeks now! Like not even a receipt!

They sent me a reply containing answers to every single FAQs, which was quite funny.

I don’t see any harm in raising webforms or writing emails or calling them incessantly (if they ever had answers, that is).

But that’s just me. I understand many people are scared. From my POV, it’s not a concern. The agents are there to respond lol

I just sent an email to them and the automatic reply says they don't respond to status update on application in process. Didn't you say you had emailed them previously for status update? What was their reply?

I had raised a webform. They didn’t reply. I had sent my medical reports. They did not reply.

Even on webforms they say they won’t reply if not completely necessary. Even after medicals I didn’t receive a reply.

On phone calls they said please EMAIL us if you want status updates.

And now on mail they are bullshitting about no status update?

Non-SDS application is a crime even when you are paying 1 Cr to them and SDS is okay even if the fee is 7.5 lacs? Like wtf is wrong?? No way to even get an update? What is the accountability?
