April applicant from india with Aip, still waiting for final approval.is it normal?

i launched my file in USA on April 4th and came back to India on sept 2nd.My file is complete. I am still waiting for Passport request. Is it normal? I feel like all March and april applicant got their ppr and i am the only one left.

I applied in first week of April too (returning student who is stuck in India). You're lucky that you've submitted your biometrics. I still have to submit my biometrics. It seems like the processing time in India is deadly slow.

You are struck because u dont have biometric. I have seen significant no of application getting passport request who applied in july and Aug 2020 with biometrics. Problem is IRCC should always work in FIFO mode which they never does. They always pick the applications randomly.

I also applied in August with complete application. No AIP, no PPR, no updates, nothing, zero
