Complete SDS applications from India delayed by IRCC

Hey everyone,

I have noticed that in the first two weeks of November, most of the OPRs issued were of Non-SDS. Hundreds (if not thousands) of complete SDS applications (AIP done and DLI on list) are still waiting from as far back as March 2020. Has any SDS applicant from India recently received an OPR? What could be the reason SDS files being processed in Ottawa/Edmonton are delayed for so long?

I recieved my BVL on 30th oct and waiting for the result. Dont know the reason but No update after 30th oct. Medical is expiring on nov 28th. Frustrated as hell.

I got BVL on 02 Nov, complete application, DLI on list, yet still waiting.
