April 22 TRV application within Canada timelines

Hello everyone,

i am applying for my brother's TRV visa stamping, he is work permit holder. My question is does he has to sigh form and print and scan or just print name and upload in online filling.

But in family form you need to sign , scan and upload

Did you use the new portal or old gc key for applying?

Old gckey always. I’ve never touched the new tool.

In vietnam. I sent an urgent processing request to my local VO by email explaining my case which attached AR, PPR, my ticket.

“We are not the processing office of your application, however, we’d like to recommend you to refer to the passport request letter for instruction on how and where to submit your passport.

Also important, it is not advised to make any flight booking unless you have the passport and visa ready on hand.”

They didn’t process my case but its them who have to get my visa stamped.

my VAC office has marked my case urgent in note, outside of the envelope and attached my flight ticket within. They said that i will be able to receive my pp in person (without courier) at VAC office as soon as mine arrived.

They asked me to send an email to local VO to request help too but it was a joke.

Basically it takes one month to approve, I don't know why they say 16 days. I also applied 2nd May, planning to travel end of May, haven't booked the ticket yet. I was assuming I will get in 16 days, but can't rely I guess

There were no prior updates before receiving PPR

Hi all. I applied for my visitor visa from inside canada on may 6th. when should i expect to receive it by as my job start date will depend on if i can travel. processing time was 16 days, then 20 and now shows 26 days. basically, how long should i expect to wait?

I have applied on April 2nd TRV Inside canada, there is no response from IRCC yet. Also sent webform for query and trying to call them, but no luck.

Sent through UPS on May16th and one week including weekends
