Many things in the sample letter are problematic so I would not encourage following this advice.
Any specific pointers you can suggest you seem to be an issue?

Hi everyone,
I applied for a Super Visa for my mother.
Timeline:
Old passport: Visitor visa valid till Aug 2025
New passport received in Dec 2024
Applied for Super visa - April 15, 2025
BIL - April 16, 2025
Biometric appointment - April 22, 2025
Old biometrics valid, but applied for new ones that are valid for longer.
She wants to visit for 3 months on Visitor visa from May to Aug 2025.
I have a few questions:
Medical Exam: Should I arrange an upfront medical exam for her now so that she can come here soon after? Would it help speed up her Super Visa processing?
Passport Submission: If IRCC sends a passport request (PPR) while she's in Canada, can I mail her new passport to India, have my sister submit it at a VAC, and then mail it back to my mom in Canada so she can leave before her Visitor Visa expires?
Police Clearance Certificate: Is a PCC required for a Super Visa? If yes, how would she get one while she’s in Canada?
Thanks in advance for your help!

1. Medical exam can be done & the information can be updated using webform
2. It's not recommended to ship the passport to India for stamping. As it's a sensitive document, there may be issue doing so. It's recommended to wait till a decision been taken on super visa before your mother travels to Canada
3. PCC is NOT required for super visa

For 1st question: You could've done the upfront medical but, now the application is already submitted, wait for IRCC request for medical. And no, upfront medical doesn't speed up the visa processing much.
For your 2nd question: Is your mom already here in Canada on Visitor Visa (< 6months)? Yes, then she isn't legally exiting Canada and her entry as a super visa isn't logged with CBSA. I'd recommend your mom to travel to India and come back on Super Visa. You'll face complication when you try to extend your mom's super visa stay.
For 3rd question: PCC is not required for supervisa.
On the side note, when you applied did you chose visitor visa more than 6 months or less than 6 months?
