It should be Temporary Foreign Worker for the period PGWP was held. Temporary resident permit holder is a different program and as far as I am aware it's decision is at the discretion of the officer.
Yeah, at this point I can't do anything until I have an AOR anyway. I'm going to hope it is something they'll let me correct quickly post-AOR, or perhaps they'll just return the application incomplete.
At least there's no expiry on my status that I'm racing against this time, unlike the PGWP. If I'd made this kind of misinterpretation somewhere on my PR application, I would have been catatonic upon finding out. For this application, it didn't even dawn on me that it was a misinterpretation!
At any rate, thanks for letting me know so I can possibly fix it! Appreciate it.
Any april folks got AORs yet ?
I just saw in a FB group that someone who applied on April 1st received their AOR today

I did see an update on FB page that someone who submitted on April 1st got their AOR today.

Location: Ottawa
Physical Presence Days: ~ 1726
Application: Myself, Spouse and Minor Child

From what I’ve seen in a few threads, it looks like it usually takes about 20 to 30 days to get the AOR in most cases (online application). In some cases it's like 40 days.
How long does it take for paper application?

It is probably a similar timeline to receive AOR for the paper application. As I have read over the threads, it takes more time if they request document(s) or any more information since all the communication will be done through mail.

It usually shows up in, say, 1-5 days after the AOR.
Hello All,
I have a question for citizenship.
- after getting my pr within few months, from my current(first) employer at that time 2021, i took two months off from my current employer and started working full time to second employer, as doubted; I did not enjoy the work/not as per work duties mentioned by my second employer so I went back to my first employer, However, my first employer was not aware about it. WIll it create any problem with citizenship?
- Also, after getting PR, I applied to two different University's with different programs, but dropped out after one semester form both university's. Durations are year apart approx. Will that have any kind of problem in my application?. OR do I need to mention it ? I was working full time by the time during this durations.

I'm in a similar situation. From what I gathered from browsing this forum, it's not an issue. You have to report everything truthfully - including the overlap - but it won't create any issues. (Do note that, especially if you opt to share info from the CRA to IRCC, then they'll know about this anyways, as both employers would have reported the tax info to CRA, so you don't really lose anything by revealing this up front.)

No. As a PR you're allowed to do this. Just disclose it (as you don't want to risk being accused of misrepresentation by failing to disclose something that you were asked to) but once it's disclosed it shouldn't cause any issues.
I really appreciate your feedback!. But when you mention about being in situation of overlapping work durations. Are you still in process?.

[Sorry for confused formatting]
I somewhat disagree with @abff (etc). The point of providing info about your activities in the context of a citizenship app is to allow them to confirm your presence. You're 'allowed' to do lots of things in your spare time etc. So my opinion is one does not need to provide info about one's extra-curricular activities (hobbies, golfing, etc) unless directly relevant to the question.
The upshot here is that one's principal employment (full-time) is what is needed, and if you make some money on the side landscaping or whatever - not directly relevant.
Or in contdxt of these questions:
-I don't think this first/second employer stuff is relevant at all. Just show which employer you worked at full-time in each period. Whether you were 'on leave' from the first employer or not during the interim is irrelevant.
-If you were working full time and started an education program in your off time but then dropped it - not relevant.
Now a warning: this is in my opinion. There could be circumstances where what you were doing in 'off time'
is relevant, and omitting it would be misrepresentation. If your part-time job is in the reserve of the People's Army of North Korea, well, relevant - and they would get you on omitting something important. But IRCC doesn't care that you worked as an election monitor in Canada, or a church warden, or that you are Chair of your knitting circle.
Use your judgment.
