Same boat. My LPP were completed Aug 7th (updated in tracker the 9th). I think it depends on the IRCC office, my office is Montreal, my friend whose application also went through Montreal waited from getting LPP in April to his oath in July.
I feel like if you don't get the oath scheduled within three days it'll take three months or more unfortunately.
my office is Niagara. I also had a friend who waited from February to August from LPP to oath same office. Hopefully those cases are unique and not the norm.

Today, I received instructions to download the e-Certificate. But, the status of the Citizenship ceremony in my application is still Not Started. All other steps of my application have been green since August 6th. Do you have any idea when I will receive the Oath Instruction and Oath Ceremony?

you were supposed to let them know after the ceremony so you could return the paper certificate to the judge or clerk. at in person oaths you automatically receiver paper.
