Yes, after 48-72 hours of submission you'd be able to create this one. Just enter your UCI/client ID and application #, then you get a OTP on registered email/phone.

I see the ppl who applied beginning of april getting test invitation and some ppl getting test invitation after 2 weeks.....

Crazy how it just varies by person. I should just maybe forget that I applied haha
