You can pass security check in a week once they start, if you are passed with minimal checks. There are levels of it, e.g. if you are sent for comprehensive security check, could last a year too.
my security check is in process since 28 Feb 2023 almost nearly 3 months
I don't understand why that takes so much time, I am in Canada for the last 5 years never go out of Canada but I still stuck on security
this process is so stressful

I ordered GCMS notes yesterday from IRCC, I called the ircc 5 times last month they said everything is passed except security, do you think I should order gcms notes from ircc or cbsa/csis?
From what I have read in blogs and in forums, for PNP's like us supposedly the Province has initiated Security already. Let us see when it comes through. It is rare for Inland cases it should take years unless one is from a risk country or have defense experience etc..
Is there a reason to use one over the other - like faster response time.
If anyone has prior experience on which webform page to use, please advice. Thanks

I have enquired from my medical test center and they informed me that they have uploaded my medical report on 4 April 2023. However, I have not received any update regarding my Medical or Biometric.
What should I do as I am observing that many others have already received updates regarding their file !?
Hello everyone. So I have a concern with my application. Eligibility and BG in progress.
Received ADR request on 15 May 2023 for my wife's sibling residency which was provided and got another one yesterday asking for my sibling residency saying the previous document was not received. Is this a system error to ignore or I should be worried? The only way to provide document is by uploading to my CIC account which I have since done. I cannot call IRCC as I am not in Canada (FSW Outland). Please advise.
Is it common for people to get the same/similar ADR twice as neither of the documents I have uploaded on my profile have been acknowledged.

Unable to call using apps. Just curious as to why the GCKey status does not change after uploading the documents and transmitting. Is that normal for anyone or the acknowledgement should come instantly?
So I just called IRCC and the only useful information they gave was that my Visa office is Ottawa. Everything else I asked, they just kept saying we only know as much as is showing in your tracker. And it seemed like they were trying to guess how much I knew and were holding back information, lol.
FSW-O. AOR 16th April. MED/BIO/UCI 10th May. BGV in progress. Eligibility not started.
We are expecting a baby in Mid september. From what I've found out, we can fly upto 36 weeks with a doctor's note. However, will be able to sign up for OHIP in time, can somebody confirm?
Alternatively, what's the process? If we can't fly but we do receive PPR, do we submit passports or raise a webform and ask for time to add a dependent and then the whole process? Can anybody shed some light? Thank you!
