However,

Agent said that my eligibility has passed! Confirmed it again and said yes it has passed.

What could this mean?

Definitely. There are countries from where an applicant is more likely go to secondary, and then there are partners of Canada that share data with Canadian govt and get a little faster processing.

I just got my CAN# changed to a UCI today so I've created a Tracker profile.
My biometrics status is in progress
Background verification in progress
Medical says not started.

I'm confused about my status since I haven't received a BIL yet?? Can I expect it soon?
Also does this mean I've cleared R10 check? Anyone else in the same situation?

If you have got your actual UCI number updated on GCKey, that means you have passed R10. BIL / MEP will be requested / updated within 2-3 weeks generally.

Was there an explained gap in your history? (e.g. a year between education and work that wasn't explained in personal history).

Or, did you forget to mention a previous visa refusal?

I never had a VISA refusal before. No gaps either (That I am aware of).

Hi folks, I hired a representative and got my AOR on April 22nd. I think my representative created a tracker using his information, but I cannot register my own tracker as the applicant. Is it normal? Is it only one tracker allowed? any ideas?

Ask your representative to create your GCKey credentials. Get your UCI from it and start using the new PR tracker too.

That representative using their email is bad. What if he/she/they missed your RFV email (for which we get nothing on GCKey)? Ask them to figure out a way to rectify this however they can.
