Hi All,

please help.

my AOR is 15 april
Biometric, Medical passed in early May

On 5th June I got Background verification completed status in tracker.

However, i have still not received any passport email. When can I expect the same??

Hope everything is alright with my application.

Hello, Is your eligibility complete on tracker?

I got Background Verification Complete as well on tracker on the 9th of June, so hoping for some update this week.

Yes my eligibility was completed on 18 May and background verification completed on 5 June but did not receive any email for passport.

Since everything is completed, you'll have to wait a bit for the RFV/PPR. However, do check your spam folders and whitelist "cic.gc.ca" on your email.

Should not be more than a month to be on the safe side of expectations. Personally, I'd anticipate an email every week though.
