From what I know (read online, canda.ca website and speaking to some folks), schedule A is requested when we have gaps or discrepancies in previously submitted docs (WP, SP etc.) and or if it has been a while since you applied and IRCC wants to know your current status.
After submission, it may take up to 4 weeks to review the submitted document. On the bright side, there are instances where documents are reviewed in less than a week too.
I submitted the doc to the best of my knowledge and made peace with it. It is what it is

My eligibility and background check has completed on the tracker and I can see a COPR document number. Also there was a ghost update on GCkey although nothing changed there. Hope this means something.
