Last ghost update was on Nov 8th no update since then. On Nov 2nd I got an email from CIC requesting me to submit colour photocopy of my biographical page for my previous passport. Nov 8th I sent an email to CIC with the requested document and on Nov 10th I also sent a mail copy through Canada Xpresspost to CIC just to make sure that they also received a physical copy incase if the earlier email is missed. The physical documents were received by CIC on Nov 16th. Yet on the application status it still shows Send us additional information “Waiting on you”. This worries me a bit as it has been more than a week since my physical documents were received and considering email sent it has been more than two weeks. Is this normal? How much time does it normally take for the status of the application to change to documents received?

Hi, I had the same problem when trying to register for the tracker, I tried multiple times but it showed the same as yours. what I did was going back to the "check application status" page, answer the questions that lead to signin page. When you see the question: do you have a PR tracker account? - click : YES. Then REGISTER again in the box on the right hand side, try with different password. I hope this helps!

what are next usual steps for online applicants after your online test has been completed, and how long does it take till the me next stage?

Do all online applicants need to submit copy of passport pages?

Yeah I think there was a big update on the 24th because my test invite got updated and everything else went to in progress, when I’d received the invite email on the 22nd and my tracker wasn’t updated
