Hi everyone

can someone tell me that how long it will take ircc to receive my fingerprints because I called them and find out that they just post my results today with Canada post to the processing office that is Vancouver and how long it will take to see on the tracker I received the FP request on Nov 9 and submitted next day

It took 3 weeks for IRCC to show they received my fingerprints. It was the Vancouver office that requested my fingerprints.

Did the mark background complete after they received it?

For me, it's nearly 6 weeks now after received and they haven't marked background completed! Just recieved.

IRCC marked my BG completed 5 days after they received the fingerprints and criminal check.
I have been waiting for an update ever since.

Did you inform them you are outside the country. Did you take the test from outside the country.

Yes, i responded to their test invite email as per instructions mentioned in the test invite letter and took the test from outside Canada.

have you provided all pages + translation? if not, they might be looking for the stamps' translation.

Yes all pages but without translation, they never asked for translation of the stamps. Although, the stamps i have on my passport are in Arabic, but are very clear ENTRY & EXIT stamps.

So there is no need for me to get those translated.

Anyone who provided FP got any updates after sending it? My portal is showing no updates not even the FP request..nothing..

My portal has the FP request update since the day after I got the email. Just received test invite email today which I'll be attempting from outside Canada in December.

So there is no need for me to get those translated.

If the dates of the entry/exit stamps are in Arabic, then you likely need to translate them.
