Should I be worried?

Many, many, many of us are stuck with no action after the December 16th phantom update. I recommend we keep calling them to push them into internally investigating what went wrong after that date. Plus request yous GCMS notes (ATIP notes) under the freedom of information act, PLUS see your local MP and get them to inquire (they have special phone numbers that actually get answered). The more we come at them from all angles, the more likely it is that Trudeau will give them enough staff to actually complete some of these seemingly "stuck" applications.

All of my statuses are "in progress" except the citizenship test is "completed" and the Ceremony is "not started". Is anyone in a similar situation? Is this unusual or a red flag?

Last update was on Dec 16, citizenship test was updated to "Completed"

No, IRCC has updated its website to say 4 to 6 months after the test for the oath. And even with pre-pandemic times it was 12 month processing time, you are also under that too.
