I haven't posted in this forum before, but I used to post in the spousal immigration forum.

My wife has finished and passed her test for citizenship. My question is: which office is handling my wife application? Ther is a Cit inserted in the email address which I didn't see in anyone elses post before.

Yes, I was temporarily out of the country when I got test request.

i was out of country as well when I wrote the test. Returned and submitted my return boarding pass (webform) without IRCC requesting any documents. Funnily enough, got a response on the next working day that the document has been added to my file. I think it's too early for April online applicants (scarborough office) to see movement. Some will see it but they'll be the exception, not norm.

I haven't had a response confirming that they got my documents which got me worried a bit. I am fine with them taking their time as long they got what they needed from me.

When did you get your ceremony email (the one with the details)? When I check online, I see that my citizenship test has been scheduled for Feb 16th, but I still haven't gotten the email that has all the info.

Yes, they all updated on the same day, Jan 11, 2023.
Language, Prohibitions, Presence updated to completed, and;
Citizenship ceremony updated to in progress
Received email later the same day.
