I missed an email from IRCC for permanent residence confirmation portal on November 20th. I just sifted thought my email just in case I had missed something. It says reply as quickly as possible, I just replied but it’s been 10 days will that make a difference replying late?
I don't think it would be too much of a problem, but hopefully you have already heard back from them. My wife's portal info is still in review. It looks like so long as they accept your declaration, you can receive your eCoPR, even if you end up needing to resubmit photos. I'm trying not to worry myself since it has been 3 days since she submitted her info and we haven't heard anything yet. Hopefully it will be soon.
