April 2021 - Citizenship applications

I guess there are very few of us among the April 2021 applicants who have not finished our Oath yet. Hopefully we should getting our citizenship certificates soon

Hello when I will get the oath invite email after ECAS update with the date of ceremony.
Is it before ceremony by 1-2 days ?

Maybe 5-7 days before the actual day of taking the oath.

And this email will go to my representative,if I have one , what if I need it to be sent to me ?

Here is the new thing..

I got a hard copy letter in my mail box today for the oath ceremony (IN PERSON)..

so me and my family is going to the Metro Toronto Convention Center to take the Oath....

Hello, got an email regarding interview. Hope I only need to just reply to that email confirming that I will be attending the interview or anything else more required? Do we also need to sign the consent page agreeing to use Microsoft teams and send the signed pdf to them through email?

Hello, how many days before the interview did you get the email. I also have interview scheduled for Aug 30 but no email yet. Scarborough office.

I passed my test November 2021, everything else completed in February 2022 except oath invite, contacted IRCC and they said my application has been in the normal range of 27 months wait time, I applied January 2021, but they did say that my Citizenship has been granted & I will just need to wait for oath invite, frustrating

What is your processing office? It seems that almost everyone gets oath invite within a couple weeks if not a couple days after everything except oath has been completed, but there are a few of us, mostly in very slow offices or among the neglected pre-2021 applicants, who wait forever just for oath invite.

In the same boat. Everything complete and waiting on oaths. Processed in Ottawa office I think.

Everyone's application starts in Sydney but then gets transferred to a local office. You can tell what office this is from GCMS notes (it will be primary office later in the process but secondary office earlier, when your file is first sent for background check and test) as well as the email address that your test invite came from. What email address did your test invite come from and office do you see in your GCMS notes?
