For me it was right after the technical issues paragraph, but if you are not sure if it's a mistake or you missed something then you can always submit the web form and ask about it. If there is an issue they will let you know else you are good to go.

& I just sent them a web form to ask if they still needed additional documents. but knowing IRCC, it could take them a while to respond...

In order for IRCC to continue the process of your citizenship application, scanned copies or photos of all passport(s) and travel document(s) pages held during your eligibility period are required. If you do not have a passport or a travel document, please provide an explanation. You must provide a colour copy of each page, including blank pages.

Yes for sure they take time to respond, but if they never get back to you that's also a good sign, which means they don't need anything from you.

Thank you for sharing! Was this required on the status tracker website as well? Or was it only in the letter?

There was nothing in the tracker except the test scheduled and that they will send the instructions to the mail.They ask for documents in email only.

I have the same issue. There is no section about what to provide. Im wondering if it is not a glitch and we should submit the passport anyway. Did you have a deadline to submit it? And did yoh juat sent it by email?

Hey, i applied in April 2021.Took the citizenship test on November 30 and it updated to completed on December 2. All the sections-BG,Prohibition,Language Skills,Physical Presence and Citizenship Test are Completed as of January 10 2022. How long will it be before i know of my Oath Ceremony?

Yes, They said I have to submit the requested document within 30 days of receiving the email. I used the same email to reply back.

Do we know if Passport pages are requested in Online or offline applications or both? Asking cuz, I already did add my passport pages to the online application already, Would I be asked again?

Yes they do request it again for some. They ask for all passport pages.
