I'm not sure what ICT or CWP means, but you can't use same job offer from Work Permit application as a job offer to get the 50 extra pts. Should be a new one, even if you still working for the same company and position. It's weird, but mandatory to be submitted that way.
I received mine on 27 th and gave biometrics yesterday. it was updated on my profile by end of the day. So far i have seen posts on this site i believe we just wait and watch until we here back from them. it seems medical and biometrics updates came faster compare to year 2020.

It happened with me and i was told to re-do my urine test. I did it and sent new results to panel physician and then they were able to submit my medical report. if IRCC require further test then they will let you know.
You have to select no. Also, on the application there is a specific question which asks whether your spouse or CLP is a PR or Canadian citizen. Based on that you will only be asked to submit your spouse's proof of PR / citizenship.
Hey@leagalfalcon, I just received my biometric update, my biometric number was added to my application profile. The only concern is that my partner's biometric is only valid for one year, but mine is 10 years. I had my biometric info enrolled when I applied for my work permit, and he enrolled when he applied for PR. what does this mean? if my application cannot complete within a year, does he have to enroll his fingerprints again? Thanks in advance!

Normally the biometrics were only valid for 1 year, due to cOVD they have even if you have provided biometrics in last 10 years, they can be used to process your application.
