No, my understanding is that once the application is opened they would give me the application number and then i would be able to link it with the GCkey.

No PPR needed for me, straight to CoPR but still need to send photo for PR card!!

Hey are you inland or outland applicant? I thought outland applicants are supposed to submit their passport for visa and then travel to Canada.

I live in Canada but I chose to apply outland. If you have a Canadian address they will land you as if you're an inland applicant.

If you have a visa and travel to Canada and are there when your ppr is received, you can send in Canada and they will do the virtual process (basically the same as inland but it dos not change it to an inland application).
