Hey guys. I got PR portal confirmation email today. Any idea how long will it take after uploading photo on the portal

Congrats. I would say between 2 days - 2 weeks (based on the recent trends that I have noticed). If you got the email from Calgary it’ll be slightly faster as compared to virtual landings Ottawa or Etobicoke office. Congrats again!

Its been a month since medical get extended. Still no update after that. Is there any one got Copr whose medical extended early May?

We applied under FSW in April 2020 and there hasn't been any movement since June 2020 which is so frustrating. We have our MP involved and everything is clear based on GCMS notes.

We are getting a little impatient because our Work Permits are about to expire and we are eligible for CEC as well. I'm planning on entering the pool for CEC and trying to apply under this route. Would I have to redo our police certificates and medical? Or can I reuse the ones from our FSW application?

To me it is risky!! what was your MP suggestion on that case? What exactly MP do? Does the MP have any influence on the procedure?
