Thank you so much, not sure about the officer as din't receive GCMS notes but application was processed at Ottawa office and received COPR docs from Etobicoke office.

But when I call them they said we have your biometrics
My question is
Will everything change suddenly or it will take time

We cannot predict when things will happen. That's the saddest part. In my case, Criminality was the only stage pending since October. Suddenly, one day I got a ghost update, which confirmed criminality passed.

When we talked to IRCC We have been told that when officer will pick up the file then all details will get updated till that time you won't see any update in CIC account.

When we say medical is expired after 1 year and extended
One year is counted when from date we gave medical exam or date we passed medical on cic portal

I believe it’s valid for a year from the date we attended medical.. the date which is written in your medical documents.

Hello everyone,
It's COPR time!!!
We are family of 3 and applied under CEC class.

Here is the timeline:
AOR: 16th April 2020
Medical passed: 9th June 2020
Biometrics: 30th October 2020
Background check: 18th Feb 2021 (Ghost update on CIC account so checked with IRCC over call and got an update that background completed and medical has been extended till Feb 2022. It was the first ever call to IRCC)
Eligibility passed: 16th April 2021
PR application approved in CIC account: 16th April 2021
COPR document in email: 19th April 2021
Submitted webform on 25th Feb to update our renewed work permit with IRCC.( Suggested by a friend to do so ) Ghost update on application on 3rd March 2021 ,called IRCC and it was about our renewed work permit updated in PR application.
Applied for GCMS notes on : 17th March 2021

I would like to thank each member of this group.
I wish all those who have applied and have been waiting for long get their COPR soon.

I believe it’s valid for a year from the date we attended medical.. the date which is written in your medical documents.

The date medical officer assessed your application most likely 2 weeks from the date of your medical examination

Does anyone know which agency is going to issue PR cart after we get the COPR? Is it on same visa offices?

The COPR will ask you to send photos to a specific visa office. That’s where your PR card will come from. Usually, it’s from the VO closest to your city of residence. Example: for GTA residents, they receive their COPR and PR card from Etobicoke.

We ordered notes on 17th March 2021 but didn't receive it yet and we got our COPR before that.

• The eligibility requirements are passed.
• The security background verification has not been initiated.
• The criminal background verification is in process

got webform reply today.. request submitted on 14 april..

Just got off the phone with IRCC. Agent told me medicals were extended(expired in November)for a year a few days back. There were no GUs and no changes in my online account. Just a routine monthly call to IRCC.

Received update: Review of medical results - April 19, 2021:You passed the medical exam.
As per Feb, 2021 GCMS notes
Eli-Passed, Med-passed, Bio-Completed, Bg check-In-progress, Criminality-Not Started.
I assume most of us are in same boat, lets see how it goes from here.
