Just spoke to an agent he said they sent it yesterday by mail not email? I thought it came via email? Maybe some agents send by mail and some via email, maybe why some get delayed?

I am CEC-Inland - AOR April 9th, biometrics exempt. My biometrics is still showing "We need your fingerprints" even though my old biometrics ID is on my profile.
I called IRCC today and they said everything is passed and only Criminality is in progress.

Does the Criminality rely on the completion of the biometrics? So when the biometrics is shown as "Completed" on my profile, will that make the criminality be "Passed"? Anyone please advice. @legalfalcon

If you biometrics have not yet been assessed then your criminality will be in progress. Once done, it will be passed.

This is new information for me. Even I was thinking that the actual document will come as an email. Thanks for this update.

It varies. Some of the cases were approved/COPR approx. in 1 to 2 weeks

My medicals were passed by in June 2 (done them in early May 2020). I did my biometrics on Sep 25 2020. The GCMS notes were generated on Sep 25, 2020 showing that I have completed biometrics, so I'm not sure how if my Criminality has been completed yet or not. I have submitted a Webform this week, I'll post the update here.
