BIL as such is not listed as a specific stage in the immigration and refugee protection act. However, it was added in DIVISION 0.01 of the regulations. https://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/acts/I-2.5/FullText.html?txthl=biometric#h-274193

As per the trends, the BIL is sent after R10 and medicals. Lately, many applicants have not received BIL as IRCC is aware many service centres are closed.

I requested notes on June 22 and received a response on July 8th (I would share a screenshot, but I can’t figure out how). My application information is in my signature.

There honestly wasn’t too much on there.

I’ve sent my certificate to the IRCC office. Seems their office still closed.
Is anyone know that when will IRCC able to process the paper work? I’ve been waiting for 6 months.
