When you go to your online account there you will see ...link your application click it and follow the procedure .

I applied on 2nd on April, and I did my biometric on 5th April, and after 6hours I received an email from Vfs that my application has been processed ...
But the track number they gave me and the link to track it, after putting the tracking number in the site and DOB which is requested,
it says NO RECORDS FOUND.....
Till now I haven't received any email from them,
And my agent did not give me access to my CIC account
Please what does this mean???
Please I need to understand what is going on
I don't trust him again

Biometrics done 10 April
Biometric online update 10 April
After that no response
Eligibility is not started

I applied for my wife on April 12 online from Canada.
Biometrics: April 15, 2019
Biometrics Submitted: April 16, 2019.

NO response after that and Eligibility is not started yet. Though the website shows 13 days but it has been 17 working days. Still waiting.

Yes, passport was requested as the last step of the processing. Visa was granted.

Eligibility started two days after biometrics were done.

Yes, I was 20 days when I submitted the applicatio, a week later it was updated to 24 days, and now after one week its 32 days right now. I wonder it will go up again. Lol.

that's long! But as I can read, you have done everything you could. It's just the matter of time.
