How soon did you receive the PPR after the correspondence letter?

Is it the same day/ few hours ?

Still waiting for PPR.

Correspondence letter came in this morning a couple hours ago. May 1st 8am EST

They were around 20 minutes apart.
I checked my online account, randomly again and it was there.

Need ur input
I submitted application for parents on 29th April
30th April there was some update on both file like UCI number after 24hr hour followed by BIL letter only for primary applicant.
Is this normal getting only one BIL ?? For the other one do I need to call and check or it will come automatically ??

Dont panic, happened with my family application too.

Mother received the BIL, but father didnt. It came in a day later.

You should be fine if you have paid the fees in advance

Correspondence Letter validates your Biometric for 10 years. It is followed by the decision. I am sorry to not say, what you wanna hear , but everyone gets a Correspondence Letter, irrespective of the decision. I hope you get yours, I hope everyone get theirs. But that's about it.

CIC still shows " We are processing your application. We will send you a message when there is an update or if we need more information from you."

Does this mean anything?

In my mother's case, Eligibility and background were updated before the acknowledgement was received. I am not sure, if that matters. :-(

I hope they get their visa.

Yes that is the pattern seen in previous applications.

Also, please consider 24 working hours as per EST.

Decision should be anytime now but I got the correspondence letter on 18 April but still waiting for decision.good luck

I have Applied for my 6 months Kid a Visitor Visa
New Delhi - India
Application applied online - April 19th.


I had applied for Dependent Child Sponsorship on 15 Feb and Medical recived on 6 th April. There is no update on the file except in Process for both sponsorship and Visitor Visa

Please suggest a solution
