review require = something need an additional review by senior

Biometrics complete – 8 June
RPRF request & paid – 13 Nov
Webform Raised – 26 Nov

Received the following reply from IRCC today:

Thank you for contacting Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

We verified the information on file and can confirm that:

• The eligibility is currently valid.
• The security background verification is currently valid.
• The criminal background verification is currently valid.

While the processing times may vary with each case, we will make all the necessary efforts to finalize your application as soon as possible.

Rest assured that you will be informed as soon as a decision is reached or if additional information is needed.

We hope the information provided is helpful in assisting you with your enquiry.​

Also, I uploaded the RPRF payment receipt on 13 Nov but IRCC hasn't acknowledged it (sent a message or email). Is that common? I hope I did it right!

Called them and found out that my files is in Review Required
Ordered GCMS Notes | Sept 23 2019
Never got the Notes
Sent Employment Update Document via webform | Oct 3 2019
Called them in Oct 7 (Everything is the same)
Ordered ATIP | Dec 2 2019
Ghost Update | December 3 2019
Called them to know about the Ghost Update (Not in Review Required anymore, everything is passed, no PPR issued yet)
