April 11 aor
Oct 23 ppr

Sent passport to ottawa VO on nov 5th. Came to canada as a masters student of Royal roads Uni when i got my ppr.

Called ircc today. My passport is sent to visa printing office. Dont know how long it will take. No copr till now.

I think I am the most hopeless & helpless candidate as I have received just one update about my status and that also from Ralph Goodale that my eligibility is not met and security & criminality not started. Its been a month, and after that I got no replies from webforms nothing else. Can get refusal any time but still there is a little bit hope in me. So lets hope for the best!

Hi all,

I received a reply after I raised a Webform saying they sent me a letter via mail on the 8 November. I have not received this mail, have checked my spam folder and my settings and all is good. I've asked them to re-send the letter and they came back with the below response,

" We verified the information you provided and have forwarded it to the responsible office."

The only thing I can think of is this being the Passport/visa request letter? But finding is so frustrating I can't find it and the slow response between replies on Webform.

I am from South Africa, does anyone know what mail I am supposed to be looking out for for visa/passport request? I heard it will be from your local agency?

Any help/suggestions are appreciated.
