Hi guys my AOR was 29th April and i just gave mu Biometrics a week back end June. i was jus wondering if your COPR comes by Aug-Sept, then do youl plan on going this year or waiting till winter passes and going by March next year?? I would really like some views as to what would be better

I have not received any update emails from CIC, however my background status is showing as “We are processing your background check.“

Is this normal if we do not receive any ghost updates?

Ghost update refers to your application status showing "application updated" rather than "submitted" when you first log into your CIC account before clicking into your express entry permanent residence application.

I think everyone who received AOR In April communicates via WhatsApp because people are not posting anything on this thread.
But my Aor is 8 April and Medical passed on 22 may under pnp inland.
No updates since Medical passed.

I tried to ask to be invited to whatsapp but was told it's full and instead get invited to telegram group? I am not sure how that group works and is it an apple that can be downloaded to the phone? I havent joined telegram yet, have you?

Well i am on telegram group. AOR april 2. No updates after medical pass.

A few from the March group have called IRCC and they were advised that security check hasn’t started yet!! So I think there will a delay in April ones as well!!

Nobody is able to tell why few from March and April suddenly got PPR and why for few others background check is just stuck!

I received one ghost updatr two days prior to medical.. Then the bg changed to "we are processing your bg check...."
Before it was ."...we will send you a message once we start your bg check"
