GU’s don’t just mean you get your PPR. It means that there’s movement on your file. Ie. that you passed a certain stage or you will get an ADR request.
I have been trying to call CIC using Skype on this number +1 888 242 2100 but the call is not going through after several attempts. Many posts on this forum say that calling without caller id works but it is still not working.
The other number +1 613 9444 000 is not meant for immigration. it reached Global Affairs Canada and the automated response clearly refuses to help the PR applicants.
I am from India. I will appreciate if any one of you who have had successful attempts in reaching CIC could help me with a functional number or advice. Thanks!

Word of comfort to anywhere here that is still waiting on a decision. An IRCC agent told me that if you’re made it past the completeness check, which people with a April normally would have by now, your application will not be flat out refused without giving you an opportunity first to correct the mistakes you might have made in your documents. If you haven’t heard anything so far, be assured that if an officer is not satisfied with one of your documents, they will reach out to for more information first.

Hi everyone!
Aor 18 april
First ghost update right after mep
Second on 8th October
So I got third ghost update on October 23rd, And when I checked the profile my additional document status changed to ‘not applicable’. And I got really excited because lots of people get ppr mail within 24 hours, but again I didn’t. I’m waiting from last two days. Is this normal? Or do I need to worry?
Thanks.

Hi,
We (Me & my husband) are also FSW-O frm India. Our AOR is 20th april which completed 6 months on 20th October. We got our RPRF request on 24th October at 4:16AM probably 23rd october in canada. Paid it yesterday and now got an update in the ADR tht they are reviewing our additional documents.
So we are expecting some action in next week now.
Be rest assured, you will get urs too just raise a webform on the IRCC Website and enquire abt the status of ur application which will actually give you an idea if its under a review/ ADR required. We also did the same and got an update tht its under review by an officer.
Be positive and expect an RPRF this week just like our timeline.
