Hello everyone. My aor is april 12th so i just passed the 6 months deadline. I'm trying to send a web form but whenever I click on the 'web form' link on the application status page it loads the same exact page. Does this happen to anyone else?
I tried with different browsers and devices but it never works.

How do I submit the documents before them requesting the same? Did you try to appeal your case when they rejected it?

yes i tried to appeal and the appeal was rejected as well, you could send the updated letter through the web form,

Yes the link is faulty. Please search through Google and open directly from there. It will work.

However, IRCC doesn't work today, it's a holiday there, try tomorrow via https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx

I got the estimated date of completion as October 2019 and I have no updates on the application yet. The status shows pending eligibility and background check. Does anyone know in how many days I can expect a response?
