Got the PP back yesterday took 2 weeks after submission ... file was received on 27th April.
visa office: NDVO.

Not yet my dear. Am also April applicant and got transferred to London visa office in July 2018.
No update since i submitted my CSQ certificate in September.

Have you had any updates to your profile? Its hard to judge based on reading other peoples experiences but it looks like the turn around time is typically fast, and it will be a month on Thursday for us since it was delivered.
